Halsey shared a music video for her new song, ‘The End,’ which is a scrapbook diary she made. On her socials, she said: “i waited a long time for this song to come out, and in that time, i made this.” Halsey is credited for the collage, art direction, and directing, while cinematography and editing was by Adam Kudeimati. With the release of her new song, ‘The End,’ Halsey has implied she has Lupus and Leukaemia or lymphoma, as she tagged the Lupus Research and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society accounts. Lupus is an autoimmune disease that makes your immune system damage the organs and tissue throughout your body [x], and Leukaemia and lymphoma are types of blood cancer that affect the bone marrow, lymphatic system [x], and immune system. [x]

Halsey has officially announced the first song from her upcoming album, titled ‘The End,’ which will be released tomorrow, June 4th, at 9AM PT / 12PM ET / 5PM BST. She said, “Before the first single comes, I wanted to share this. It means a lot to me and I love it.” This comes with a picture of the song’s cover artwork, which says “un film coupé court,” which means “a short film.” This suggests a short film will accompany the song. “Let’s try something different this time and start at ‘The End,'” she added. Who else is excited??!?!

New stickers have been released on formylasttrick.com, including a letter which reveals an upcoming single called ‘The End,’ which will be released on June 4th. It is a special single that serves as a precursor to the album, before its official singles are released. The letter also suggests a 70s theme.

Hello, it’s Halsey. It’s been a while.
As you may have guessed, I have written a new album. But I needed some time to figure out how to say what I needed to say. You see, I’ve been holding [redacted] and I need to let it all out.
There’s so much I am going to reveal on this record, but you need to know some of the story first. So before the chaos and confetti of big singles and album releases I just need to tell you, my friend, why it all matters this time. I’m releasing a new song on June 4. It’s just for us.
