On April 3rd, Halsey attended a “Our Hero, Balthazar” Screening with Avan Jogia at AMC The Americana at Brand 18 in Glendale, California. Halsey co-produced the film with manager Anthony Li.

While there, Halsey bid $585,000 for a custom portrait of herself by filmmaker Julian Schnabel, the proceeds of which will be donated towards research for HIV and AIDS. “I own seven of his works already. He is my favorite living artist,” Halsey told Variety while she waited for a water taxi to leave the event. “As soon as I found out that it was a personalized commission, I knew I was going to bid all the way.”
Halsey has a personal connection to the charity work done by AmfAR. She was diagnosed in 2022 with the autoimmune disease lupus and a t-cell leukemia disorder — and those conditions, too, benefit from the research funded by AmfAR, she said. “It was a full circle moment. I had to make this come to life. So I’m feeling on top of the world.”
For now, she remains undecided on where she’ll display her new work of art. “I don’t know yet, but I’m hoping I’m going hang it for a long time,” she said. “I have a 4-year-old son, so I’m constantly thinking about my legacy. I know this will be a very important one.”

On February 16th, Halsey attended the SNL 50th Anniversary Special with Avan Jogia in New York City. She was photographed with Bad Bunny and Bonnie Raitt.
Halsey appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on February 13th. She talks about how fiancé Avan Jogia popped the question and her My Last Trick Tour.
On December 11th, Halsey attended the ‘Babygirl’ premiere with Avan Jogia at DGA Theater in Los Angeles.
