Halsey‘s fourth studio album, “If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power,” often abbreviated to IICHLIWP, celebrates its fourth birthday today, August 27th. The accompanying film of the same name, directed by Colin Tilley, was released a few days prior on August 25th.
